Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist
- Medical Testing to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in computer skills including internet & email & type at least 30 words per minute/accurately. Familiarity with medical terminology & medical abbreviations is advantageous for this role but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Perform testing to ensure accuracy of results and communication
- Handle client needs efficiently & with Integrity
- Utilize medical knowledge to negotiate effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions, delegate, improvise and be decisive
Experience:
- Proficiency in coordination of testing, tasks & management of scheduling
- Understanding of medical & mental concepts
- Knowledge of medical terminology & medical abbreviations is a plus
- Experience with customer relations required
- Ability to negotiate or deescalate effectively in intense situations
