Maintenance Call Center Coordinator 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 1309 Highway 62 65 N, Harrison, AR 72601 Penmac is recruiting for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Representative to support the maintenance operations. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from vendors regarding trucking equipment repairs. You will be responsible for discussing repair needs, pricing, and estimated repair times, and ensuring the information aligns with internal standards. Seeking a candidate with maintenance experience and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive and respond to incoming calls from vendors regarding equipment repair needs. 2. Discuss and confirm pricing and estimated time required for repairs. 3. Compare vendor-provided information with company standards and guidelines. 4. Create accurate purchase orders based on approved repairs. 5. Perform data entry of all relevant details into the maintenance management software. 6. Maintain clear communication and documentation for each service case.

Requirements:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. 3. Ability to analyze and compare information against set standards. 4. Availability to work within the required time window (5:00 a.m. to midnight). 5. Willingness to start on day shift and transition to a night shift as required. 6. Prior experience in a call center, logistics, or maintenance support role is a plus. Hours

• day shift hours to start, eventually will transition to night shift (there is no set time for this to happen), must be able to work between 5am
• midnight. Pay
• $19.50 per hour Length of assignment
