Product Technician (Must have 2+ years of mechanical experience). Spirit Fitness Jonesboro, AR 72401 Job Overview As a Customer Support and Product Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and requests are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, and email. Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. Assist customers in navigating through the company’s website and online platforms.

Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues by identifying the root cause and offering and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of complex problems and escalate issues as needed.

Order Processing:

Process customer orders, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with the purchasing and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the company’s products and services, to provide accurate information to customers. Continuously update knowledge through training sessions and materials provided by the company.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback.

Professional Communication:

Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders using clear and concise language. Uphold a professional and positive image of the company in all interactions.

Equipment Preparation:

Assemble fitness equipment and complete any rework as needed.

Quality Assurance:

Test fitness equipment to ensure proper functionality and proofing the technical documents for accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work well as part of a team. Adaptability and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills

Working Conditions:
