Service Advisor Smart Honda 2 Smart Dr, White Hall, AR 71602 Smart Honda is hiring a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor who takes ownership of the service experience and confidently communicates what customers need — every single visit. What You’ll Be Responsible For Delivering a smooth, professional service experience from write-up to delivery. Listening to the customer, asking the right questions, and documenting concerns clearly. Presenting maintenance menus and safety-related repairs every time, with no hesitation. Maintaining accurate communication with technicians and following up proactively. Consistently achieving CSI scores of 90% or higher — customer satisfaction is non-negotiable. Staying organized and productive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Representing the Smart Auto Group brand with pride, integrity, and urgency. What We Expect From You Prior experience as a service advisor is highly preferred. Confidence in explaining and selling manufacturer-recommended maintenance. A mindset focused on solutions, not excuses. Ability to stay composed, professional, and productive under pressure. Strong communication skills — both with customers and the team. A CSI-first mentality — we expect follow-up, follow-through, and follow the process. Compensation & Benefits $50,000-$70,000/year depending on experience and performance Commission-based pay structure with no cap Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Supportive management and a strong fixed ops team Benefits available after introductory period
