This position is ideal for someone fluent in both Japanese and Englishwho is passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrives in afast-paced environment.

• Key Points
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese
• and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide timely and accurate support regarding products, services, orders, and general inquiries
• Translate and communicate technical or procedural information between customers and internal teams
• Log all customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure follow-up on outstanding issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with Japanese-to-English and English-to-Japanese written communications, including documentation and FAQs.
• About You
• Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or client support experience preferred
• experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Comfortable working with technology, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
