The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customer base and addressing customer service issues and concerns as well as scheduling. The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer service policies and know when issues need to be escalated to the management staff for resolution. Responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming calls Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Type in data provided directly from customers Update existing data Answer six-line phone system and direct calls as required Requirements Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required High school diploma/GED required Ability to work well in a team environment Prefer excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices Basic understanding of databases Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills Bi-Lingual a plus Great attention to detail High school degree or equivalent 1+ years customer service experience
