Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, physically fit, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Delivery Driver. This role is crucial to our success, as you will be responsible for delivering and installing high-end furniture to our discerning clients, primarily in multi-million dollar homes. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, sharp, and excellent at coordinating with team members. Exceptional customer service skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities are paramount.

Job Description:

Operate a box truck safely and efficiently to deliver heavy furniture to residential locations. Lead and coordinate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and timely deliveries and installations. Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating patience and professionalism with all clients. Accurately and carefully install various types of furniture in clients’ homes, ensuring quality workmanship. Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Handle heavy lifting and physical demands associated with furniture delivery and installation. Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to company transportation policies. Resolve any delivery or installation issues promptly and professionally. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership abilities and a strong capacity for coordination within a team. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a sharp attention to detail. Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivery, customer service, or a physically demanding role. Valid driver’s license with a consistently clean driving record. Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy furniture repeatedly throughout the day. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills and a patient, personable demeanor. Ability to interact positively and effectively with a wide range of personalities. Experience operating a box truck preferred. Familiarity with furniture installation is a plus.
