We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide information about products and services
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges
• Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
• Receive inbound calls and outbound call campaigns with customers
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
