Data Entry & Customer Service Associate Business Solutions, Inc. Springdale, AR 72764 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role requires strong administrative skills and proficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring that all information is correctly transcribed and filed for easy access. Duties Entering and updating new customer orders. Work with dispatch to accurately maintain a listing showing the location of all trailer inventory Follow up by telephone and/or email with customers to check on the status of loaded trailers, helping to ensure they unload trailers as quickly as possible Call plants and vendors to schedule appointments for pick-ups and deliveries Work with operations to track drivers’ wait times. Assist billing department by providing correct information on trailer movement and retention by customers, as well as accurate driver wait times, bobtail fees and deliveries of “hot shot” loads Answer office telephone, assisting customers and vendors with their questions and concerns regarding pick-ups and deliveries, and directing all other phone calls appropriately Maintain a neat and orderly work area. Other duties as assigned. Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, keyboarding, data entry and/or record keeping. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service. Effective oral and written communication skills. Excellent telephone skills. Ability to process information with a high level of accuracy. Must have highly developed organization skills, including the ability to help others organize functions. Regular, punctual attendance is required. Ability to work effectively as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service. Ability to learn to use new software quickly.
