What your day will look like Greet clients and patients efficiently and professionally. Set up new patients in our scheduling system. (AVIMARK) Schedule and reschedule appointments, as well as coordinate walk-ins. Be a calming presence. Collect payments and other office functions. Highly Proficient computer skills. High Volume Multiple phone lines skills. Collaborate with multiple doctors. Learn terminology and information for our mixed animal practice. Working well under preasure. We are looking for a team player who works well with others and is caring to our patients. Our receptionist act as a liaison between the physicians and patients by working directly with the provider to deliver high-quality, compassionate customer service and patient care. We are currently hiring Full Time. The salary range is from $14.00 – $16.00 based on experience.
