Care4Kids Client Services Representative We are looking for apatient, empathetic team player to join our talented group ofClient Services Representatives. This position plays a criticalrole on the Child Services team supporting clients and providers inaccessing the Care4Kids child care subsidy in order to ensure thatchildren can benefit from high-quality child care. This position isideal for an individual seeking to get their foot in the doorwithin an organization that is changing lives in our state for thebetter. What you will do You will take incoming calls from CTfamilies seeking assistance to pay their child care expenses Youwill help child care providers with eligibility and invoicequestions relating to the Care4Kids program You will supportemployers in ensuring that their staff can benefit from Care4Kidschild care subsidies When and where you will work This is afull-time position working 8:00 a.m.???5:00 p.m. Monday throughFriday and 9:00 a.m.???6:00 p.m. every third Thursday of the month.

Employment begins with in-person classroom training in ourbeautiful new office space! After a few months of continuedlearning on the job, you will be eligible to work from home for aportion of your work week.

The Pay and Benefits:

$20.00 per hourbase pay. $0.75 per worked hour for certified Spanish- orPortuguese-speaking staff ($1.50 per hour worked for bothlanguages). An outright 5% 401(k) contribution.
