In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, arrange appointments, and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately while ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry in our systems. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback or promote new services. Utilize phone etiquette skills to create a welcoming environment for customers. Assist multilingual customers by providing support in their preferred language when applicable. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services when appropriate. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping. or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse customer needs. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer support.
