We’re seeking a customer service professional to convert inbound calls into booked service appointments and provide scheduling and administrative support.

What You’ll Do:

Schedule and confirm service appointments Handle customer follow-ups and outbound calls to fill scheduling gaps Promote maintenance plans and high-efficiency products Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
