Customer Service Representative Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys learning about new products. You’ll play a key role as the voice of our company, delivering exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with product questions, orders, and support issues Resolve customer concerns effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution Utilize CRM systems and other tools to document customer interactions and process transactions Learn and retain in-depth knowledge of products and services Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement Provide backup support to leadership as needed and help maintain team accountability
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with at least 6 months of supervisory support or team lead responsibilities Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly (CRM experience is a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to remain professional and empathetic in high-pressure situations Willingness to learn technical product details and support training efforts
Customer Service Representative Preferred Experience:
Customer service experience in a manufacturing, product-based, or retail environment Experience with platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar tools Exposure to product training or onboarding processes
