Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, provide administrative support, and respond to customer inquiries. Assist with basic office tasks (filing, data entry, emails). Handle customer complaints and work to resolve issues professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; calm demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling software) Positive attitude and ability to work with a team Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
