The responsibilities of a Client Services Representative include(but are not limited to): Building and maintaining strongrelationships with customers and potential clients. Managingcustomer accounts, including closing sales, addressing billinginquiries and escalating concerns. Providing in-store sales supportand troubleshooting assistance to customers. Identifyingopportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional Frontier servicesto customers based on their preference. Keep accurate records ofcustomer interactions, service requests, and resolved issues.

Undergoing training to enhance product knowledge and peopleskills.
