Customer Service Team Member Opal Core Marketing Meriden, CT 06450 Opal Core Marketing is a mission-driven organization that partners with Frontier Communications to connect local communities with dependable, high-speed internet and telecommunications services. As the demand for reliable and quality communication solutions grows, we are expanding our outreach efforts across Meriden and surrounding areas. We’re seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Team Member to join our frontline team and play a key role in delivering exceptional telecommunications services to new customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a tangible difference in a company. You’ll act as a trusted resource, educating customers about Frontier’s offerings and helping local consumers and decision-makers select the best solutions based on their needs.
What You’ll Do:
Engage directly with new customers to promote Frontier’s products and services Offer personalized recommendations and present Frontier’s products and packages in a professional manner that highlights the superior quality Foster strong relationships with potential customers to increase sales and generate a referral pipeline Represent Frontier through the execution of residential field sales strategies Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current service plans, offers, and eligibility requirements to ensure accurate communication Collaborate with internal support teams and sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales process Collect insights and feedback from customer interactions to improve sales presentations and account follow up
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or applicable customer-facing role A positive attitude and excellent communication skills—you’re someone who naturally connects with others. Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence—you’re a thoughtful communicator who can read a room and respond with empathy. Natural leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative, support team goals, and positively influence those around you Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and successfully represent the company A sincere interest in helping others and being a positive presence in your local community. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

$45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
