Office Assistant / Data Entry Hamilton Connections Wolcott, CT, US 5 days ago Quick Job type Full-time Quick Job description Hamilton Connections is seeking an Office Assistant for a manufacturing company in Waterbury area. This is a temp-to-hire positions. Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 – 5 : 00 $18 an hour.
Job Responsibilities :
All general order entry duties; enter and maintain customer purchase orders in CRM Provide timely feedback to customers regarding order status, shipping methods, expedites, etc. Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work place Communicate and follow up on routine matters with internal departments Prepare customer certs / packing slips for Engineering orders Maintain sales orders / part files and records, including technical drawings Process order acknowledgements Answer phones, greet guests Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
High school graduate or equivalent with 3 – 5 years Customer Service in manufacturing environment No Call Center Only Experience, Please Demonstrated ability using Microsoft Office products Ability to read title blocks on drawings / revisions 1-2 years Technical Customer Service / Document Control a plus Excellent communication skills, organized and detail oriented Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Must work well under pressure with a positive attitude Must have a strong sense of responsibility Dependable and trustworthy person a job alert for this search Office Entry • Wolcott, CT, US
