We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a professional, driven, and personable individual to join our dedicated Service Department team.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Service Department Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive fast, high-quality support, both over the phone and in person. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Customer Communication:
Expertly handling incoming phone calls and providing clear, helpful responses to customer inquiries.
Contract Management:
Accurately preparing and processing customer contracts.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Efficiently scheduling work appointments and coordinating complex schedules with our service technicians, customers, and external partners like electricians.
Billing & Invoicing:
Creating precise invoices and processing billing for parts and services.
Problem Solving:
Assisting customers with their pool-related questions and finding effective solutions.
Data Entry:
Maintaining accurate customer records and service logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Customer Service:
Proven ability to provide professional and courteous customer service.
Tech Proficiency:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Reliability:
A reliable commute or willingness to relocate to East Windsor, CT.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Scheduling Experience:
Prior experience in managing and coordinating schedules, office experience.
Pool Knowledge:
Familiarity with pool equipment or chemistry is a plus but not required – we’re happy to train the right person! This is a full-time position, typically requiring 40-50 hours per week.
