ASSOCIATE – JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers. Meet and exceed personal sales goal and standards of performance. Be aware of store sales goal. Complete all point of sale functions as required. Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly. Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization. Stay informed of current fashion trends. Part-time – 2 days during the week (Wed-Fri), plus Saturdays – Total 12-15 hours weekly Requirements Prior retail sales experience preferred. (willing to train the right candidate) Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Willingness to learn. Excellent math skills. Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to work Saturday shifts. Stand for long periods of time Must be at least 16 years of age. This is a year round position (Will not consider Summer employment)
