We specialize in quality home appliances, TVs, and outdoor BBQ products, and we’re passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers. We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team. This is a full-time position focused on answering phones, assisting customers, and coordinating service appointments for our existing customer base.
What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly, professional manner Schedule and coordinate service appointments with our service partners Communicate with customers regarding service updates, timelines, and follow-ups Maintain accurate records and service logs in our system Work closely with our sales and service staff to ensure excellent customer care Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
