Job Description
Service Writer / Service Advisor 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Bridgeport, CT This person will be responsible for managing administrative functions in our shop environment and ensuring smooth operations. Position Service Writer / Service Advisor Reporting Relationship Shop Manager Location Bridgeport, CT Website http://safetymarking.net/ SCHEDULE This is a full-time in-office position. $28-$31 Monday-Friday Must be able to work within the core Shop hours of 7AM-4:30PM 40 hours
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Shop Responsibilities Check daily reports and dashboard for accurate fuel transactions and issue reports monthly and quarterly. Run reports, compile and enter data in appropriate spreadsheets for tracking Enter fueling info as needed Create work orders for issues or service as needed Schedule appointments with vendors for outside repair Maintain tracking and scheduling of maintenance programs Maintain all shop filing and records (emissions, registrations etc) Monitor GPS for any issues/contact support when needed. Various other office duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required Mechanical background / experience required Excellent computer skills (Excel, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite) Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities within a fast-paced environment Self-starter/problem solver Excellent communication and people skills
