OurEntry-Level Client Support Associate:

Provide prompt, friendly, andefficient customer service Identify and assess customer needs toprovide appropriate solutions and recommendations. Ensure accurateand detailed documentation of customer interactions, inquiries, andresolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolvecomplex customer issues and escalate as necessary. Maintain acomprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and policiesto effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
