We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and determined team playerto join our team as a Retail Client Support Specialist and help uslaunch a new retail customer service campaign. We partner with bigbox retailers to increase brand awareness, promote products,provide customer service, and close sales for our clientele. As theRetail Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible forattending our retail customer service events and promoting our HomeImprovement client’s services available to homeowners in theAlbuquerque area.
Retail Client Support SpecialistResponsibilities:
Communicate with consumers one-on-one in a retailsetting Educate homeowners on our Home Improvement client’savailable services and provide pricing information Build genuinerelationships with customers to encourage long-lasting customerretention and potential for referral opportunities Complete theenrollment process for qualified individuals Recommend servicesthat best suit the customer’s needs Participate in daily trainingsessions and meeting Provide end of the day feedback to themanagement team regarding production, inventory, and the assignedterritory
