- 12:00pm, earliest shift during 9:00am
- 5:00pm, and latest shift during 12:00pm
- 8:00pm. It may benecessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime,weekends and holidays. Our office is located at 109 Rykowski Lane,Middletown, NY. We offer 3 weeks of on-the-job training. The hoursduring training will be 8:00am
- 4:00pm, Monday
- Friday.
PrimaryResponsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Constantlymeet established productivity, schedule adherence, and qualitystandards
- Respond to complex customer calls
- Resolve customerservice inquiries which could include:
- Benefit and Eligibilityinformation
- Billing and Payment issues
- Customer materialrequests
- Physician assignments
- Authorization for treatment
- Explanation of Benefits (EOB) You’ll be rewarded and recognized foryour performance in an environment that will challenge you and giveyou clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role aswell as provide development for other roles you may be interestedin.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be18 years of age OR Older
- 1 years of experience in CustomerService analyzing and solving customer problems, OR 1 years ofexperience in an office setting environment using the telephone andcomputer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
- Basicproficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes theability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to work 100% onsite at 109 Rykowski Lane, Middletown, NY
- Ability to work a flex schedule; start times between 9:00am
- 12:00pm, earliest shift during 9:00am
- 5:00pm, and latest shiftduring 12:00pm
- 8:00pm, including the flexibility to workoccasional overtime, weekends and holidays, based on the businessneed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task, thisincludes ability to understand multiple products and multiplelevels of benefits within each product
- Ability to remain focusedand productive each day through tasks may be repetitive
- Abilityto navigate a computer while on the phone
Physical and WorkEnvironment:
- Frequent speaking, listening using a headset,sitting, use of hands / fingers across keyboard or mouse, handlingother objects, long periods working at a computer
- Service centerenvironment with moderate noise level due to Representativestalking, computers, printers, and floor activity Pay is based onseveral factors including but not limited to local labor markets,education, work experience, certifications, etc.
