Commercial Customer Service Team Member We are looking for a detail-oriented Team Member to join our Express Kitchens Customer Service Team.

Main Responsibilities:

On our Commercial Team, you will be an integral member of all after-sale activities to ensure the timely and efficient running of each project. Act as Liaison between the Customer and Express Kitchens to help resolve issues and answer any questions in a timely and friendly manner. Ensure that all customers are responded to in a timely manner Track, investigate, and resolve design and/or install issues. Act as Liaison with the Warehouse to streamline process, orders, and general issues. Process punch lists and service orders while satisfying the customers’ needs. Resolve all customer specific complaints and concerns.

Qualifications:

Must have a fundamental interest in learning new things. Pleasant, calm, and professional telephone manner. Organized and detail-oriented. Good negotiator. Multi-tasker with ability to maintaining a firm grasp of what is an emergency and what can wait. With the right person, understanding of the commercial business, kitchen cabinets and cabinet installation can be taught.
