Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with booking placements, changes, and cancellations. Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer satisfaction and resolve any issues. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with sales and client services teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding service. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service or support role is preferred. Strong office skills including proficiency in computer applications and data entry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions. Experience in sales or client services is a plus.
