We pay $18 – $23.50 per hour , depending on experience, and provide great benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with profit sharing, holiday pay, vacation pay, company-provided uniforms, training and development programs, and a great work environment with steady work and an existing customer base . The schedule is part -time Monday-Friday with flexible hours.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer inbound phone calls, emails, & texts Make outbound phone calls as needed to existing customers ONLY Schedule and coordinate all service calls/follow-up appointments as calls are received Maintain customer database information using Service Titan Manage customer membership plans Enter customer information quickly and accurately Track recommendations for the service department and make follow-up calls Answer phones for all departments Excellent opportunity for the right person with room for growth

QUALIFICATIONS HVAC

office experience and ServiceTitan experience are a plus! Experience with customer service, ability to be patient, and polite phone etiquette.
