What You’llDo:
Interact directly with Frontier customers to answerservice-related questions, recommend personalized solutions, andensure satisfaction with their plan or product Provide expertguidance on Frontier’s latest offerings, promotions, and servicepackages Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with clarity,professionalism, and efficiency Participate in daily team briefingsand ongoing training sessions to stay informed on updates andclient expectations Collaborate with teammates to meet individualand team-based service and performance goals Maintain fullcompliance with all Frontier’s standards, safety protocols, andcustomer service procedures
