We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who is eager to join a dynamic, people-centered team. As the Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities involve directly engaging with potential customers to guide them through the product and service enrollment process. You’ll serve as both a trusted advisor and a problem-solver—building rapport, addressing concerns, and offering personalized recommendations based on individual needs. In addition to interacting with customers, you’ll manage and update customer records, ensure compliance with service guidelines, and collaborate with team members and managers to meet shared performance targets. Throughout the day, you’ll rely on active listening, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset to turn customer inquiries into lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the primary liaison for new customers during the enrollment and service process Accurately assess eligibility and recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs Foster trust and rapport through effective communication and a customer-first approach Maintain detailed and compliant records of customer interactions and transactions Utilize sales tools and resources to offer personalized solutions and drive successful conversions Continuously meet or exceed performance expectations, including customer satisfaction metrics, compliance standards, and productivity goals

What We’re Looking For:

A high school diploma or equivalent required; current college students or graduates are strongly preferred Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills A team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people Ability to work full-time hours and maintain a consistent, reliable schedule Motivated, open-minded, and eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment Composed under pressure and capable of adapting in a fast-paced work setting

$775.00 – $925.00 per week
