Client Specialist Position Available In Western Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut

Description We are looking for a dedicated Client Specialist to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you will provide exceptional front-line customer service and administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations. This is a long-term contract position within the investment banking industry, offering an excellent opportunity to build your expertise and skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming client calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Perform administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with data entry to support organizational operations and ensure accuracy.
• Provide general office support to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences.
• Address client inquiries with professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company processes to support day-to-day tasks effectively. Requirements
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle client interactions professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing, and data entry.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
• Prior experience in customer support or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.
• Familiarity with process-driven environments is beneficial.
