In this role, you will ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for helping people, and has a knack for turning problems into solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide consistent and efficient support

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role
• Familiarity with oil, propane, HVAC systems, or residential services is highly desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Empathetic, patient, and solution-focused mindset
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
