Position Title:
Customer Support Tech Location :
The role is available in either Allen, Texas, or Brookfield, Connecticut.
Shift:
Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM plus shift differential
Position Summary :
Photronics Inc. is looking for a Customer Support Tech who takes pride in producing work done right the first time, and who has the desire to learn and strive for success in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Direct interface with both Internal/external customer base Experience in the Semiconductor Sector a plus Must be able to review, interpret, and discuss product orders with customers Verifies product(s) meet site manufacturing requirements and capabilities. Checks and examines completed jobs for exactness, and conformance to customer specifications
Qualifications:
0- 2 years of Customer service experience Strong Microsoft Suite experience Solid communication, technical writing, and organizational skills Must be extremely detail-oriented, possessing strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in the Semiconductor Industry is preferable
