Office Location:

Bethel, CT We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Front Office/Customer Service. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to customer service by communicating what is necessary in a friendly and professional manner. This individual should also demonstrate strong administrative skills with an ability to multi-task. Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of customer closets, home offices, media centers, wall-beds, garage cabinets, pantries, and more! Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Responsible for booking appointments.
• Coordinate designers’ appointment calendars in existing CRM
• Greet visitors and assist with office support needs.
• Data entry and join a fun and rewarding team!
