What You’ll Do As a Support Specialist, you are the connectivetissue of the dealership, ensuring that people, vehicles, andprocesses move in sync across departments. You will work directlywith senior management, sales, service, and marketing to executefrontline tasks and behind-the-scenes responsibilities withprecision, urgency, and professionalism. This role requires highattention to detail, strong time management, and the ability tomaintain standards in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle & Lot Operations

• Manage vehicleflow across the dealership, including delivery prep, staging, andinventory movement.
• Maintain showroom and lot presentation tobrand standards
• Conduct quality checks and final visualinspections prior to customer handoff
• Coordinate vehicletransport to vendors, other stores, and customer locations whenneeded Customer Support & Delivery Execution
• Assist in the setupand execution of vehicle deliveries, including paperworkcoordination, accessory installation, vehicle charging/prep, andconcierge-level handoffs.
• Provide on-site valet and shuttlesupport for clients as needed
• Deliver high-touch service andmaintain a professional presence in all customer interactionsInternal Support & Administrative Execution
• Support internalteams (sales, service, finance) with logistical and operationalneeds, including supply runs, registration drop-offs, and vendorpickups.
• Coordinate with accounting and inventory managers tomaintain accurate vehicle status and support write-down and demotracking.
• Assist with vendor scheduling and internal appointmentprep
• Participate in store opening/closing responsibilities,maintaining cleanliness, readiness, and compliance Event & BrandExecution
• Support the dealership during on-site events, off-siteactivations, and community initiatives.
• Assist with event setup,logistics, vehicle staging, and breakdown

• Prior experience in dealershipoperations, hospitality, logistics, or customer service is a plus
