Call Center Customer Service Specialist (Healthcare) Systems Ally 276 Corry Vlg, Gainesville, FL 32603

Location:

Gainesville, FL 100%

Onsite Duration:

Thru Dec. 19, 2025 with possibility of extension or conversion

Nature of Role:

Will work in a Call Center environment receiving inbound calls from customers for supply orders or customer support Maintains patient records and verifies accounts- Must maintain department KPIs Communicates prescription revision requests to clinic support teams Receives and processes new referrals for out of warranty equipment Facilitates equipment replacements Schedules patients annual preventative maintenance Coordinates Customer returns Follows regulations, policies and procedures Education –

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of call center experience Associates Degree or equivalent work history Spanish Speaking preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites along with data processing Strong MS Office working knowledge Ability to use good judgement, thinking and reasoning to solve problems
