Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support patients and customers by handling inbound calls for supply orders, customer service inquiries, and equipment replacement coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a passion for delivering quality support in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from patients and customers regarding supply orders, equipment, and service support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and verify account information.
Communicate prescription revision requests to internal clinic support teams.
Receive and process new referrals for out-of-warranty equipment and facilitate replacements.
Schedule annual preventative maintenance appointments for patients.
Coordinate and manage customer returns efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Consistently meet or exceed department KPIs and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
2-3 years of call center experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong data entry and computer navigation skills, with the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate Degree or equivalent relevant work history
Bilingual – Spanish speaking preferred but not required
Experience in a healthcare or medical device environment is a plus
