Our busy, locally owned copy and print shop is hiring a Customer Service Associate to join our team. You’ll be the face of the shop—helping students, faculty, and local businesses with everything from quick print jobs to larger custom projects. This is a full-time, in-person role with steady hours, great benefits, and a supportive, team-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet walk-in customers and assist with print, copy, and finishing orders Answer questions about pricing, file formats, paper types, and turnaround times Manage multiple customer requests and walk-ins with calm efficiency Enter orders accurately into our system and follow through on deadlines Communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and by email Assist with basic troubleshooting and help customers prep files for printing Support the production team as needed to keep jobs moving

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or retail experience preferred, but not required Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with all types of people Strong multitasking skills—able to manage several projects at once Attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems Dependable, punctual, and able to work on-site full-time Basic computer skills required; print or copy shop experience a plus
