Job Description

Our client, a leading provider in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Customer Service I to join their team. As a Customer Service I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Call Center Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and good organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What’s the Job?
  • + Receive inbound calls from customers for supply orders or customer support. + Maintain patient records and verify accounts. + Communicate prescription revision requests to clinic support teams. + Process new referrals for out-of-warranty equipment. + Schedule patients for annual preventative maintenance and coordinate customer returns.
  • What’s Needed?
  • + High School Diploma or GED required. + 2-3 years of call center experience preferred. + Associates Degree or equivalent work history is a plus. + Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple websites. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
