Customer Service / Office Representative Woodex Cabinetry Inc Gainesville, FL Woodex Cabinetry Inc is looking for a full time on site sales representative. •We are not considering remote positions.•The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset. This position involves estimating, invoicing, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Order Processing:
Assist customers with placing orders and managing order modifications. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s cabinet products and be able to provide detailed information to customers.
