Hours:
Various on-site shifts available. Position Responsibilities Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative callcenter using world-class technology. Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat. Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering. Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answerproduct, pricing and shipping questions quickly andconfidently. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train you toprovide legendary service for our customers! Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and writtenforms.
