SALES TEAM ASSISTANT
with a minimum of 2 years successfully working in an office environment. This is
- not• an entry level position!
Successful candidates must have office experience in roles that have demanded excellent customer service & organizational skills . This role is responsible for providing a top-tier customer experience ensuring accuracy of information provided to our current and potential clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Top notch, proven customer service skills . Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting is required.
- Level-headed, with a “can do” attitude , hard-working, and self-motivated to excel . Our team is incredibly sufficient and supportive. Drama is not tolerated.
- Exceptionally strong computer skills with various cloud-based and desktop programs & excellent typing (min. 45WPM) a must. Experience with ServiceTitan software, preferred.
- Proven organizational skills to prioritize tasks and keep your workflow on-track.
- Experience in the trades (plumbing, HVAC, lawn service, pest control, etc.) in a sales support or administrative role is preferred but not a must.
- Successful completion of a background check is required

POSITION SUMMARY
: Handle incoming calls from potential clients , providing prompt and professional assistance and gathering relevant information to accurately set up their client file, qualify leads then pass to the sales team. Act as a key point of contact for new clients , before, during and after the sale ensuring satisfaction and beginning the process of building a lifelong relationship with that client. Manage inside sales opportunity pipeline ensuring current clients who need replacement or additional water treatment equipment are promptly and accurately taken care of. Prepare and send proposals electronically for customer signatures related to both inside sales opportunities as well as new clients. Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with clients. Build installation jobs in Service Titan ensuring accuracy of the invoice and scope of work to be completed by the technicians. Create Build Sheets for the warehouse team to ensure the equipment and parts needed are available for the technician to be successful during the installation. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after installations and service interactions. Gather relevant on-line reviews and provide follow-up thank you cards and gifts to new customers. Work effectively with the technician team following new client appointments to ensure details are updated and any follow-up actions are planned with the scheduling team. Utilize office-based tools efficiently to manage client information and processes. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to foster strong relationships. Plan and organize tasks effectively, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines. Work seamlessly in a fast-paced, customer service-driven office environment .
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service-focused role . Strong organizational and planning abilities . Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-moving environment. Proficiency with sales and CSR related software platforms and other office tools . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Desire to excel and be part of an amazing team and company culture.
WORKING HOURS
: This is a permanent, full-time, office-based position, requiring 40 hours a week: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a 1 hour lunch break. No weekends or evenings. Overtime pay for any working time over 40 hours per week.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Pay range is $20/hour to $22/hour, commensurate with experience. Benefits include 15 days paid time off per year (holiday, vacation, and sick leave) and matching 401K retirement plan after 1 year of employment.
Please note:
we do not offer a group health insurance policy, however all employees are enrolled in a direct primary care plan (no cost to employee) after the 90-day probation period.
