Duties Manage customer inquiries related to transportation planning and logistics. Communicate effectively with our drivers and with customers regarding their Transportation trips, providing updates and resolving any issues Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records Monitor fleet management activities, ensuring optimal use of resources and compliance with safety standards. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling customer calls, ensuring a professional and friendly interaction. Experience Previous experience in customer service Familiarity with transportation . Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interaction. Ability to perform data entry tasks with attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
