Manage room reservations and respond to booking inquiries promptly.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
