Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and services. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for customers during each interaction. Accurately enter customer information and maintain detailed records of conversations in the database. Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve service delivery. Assist in training new staff on best practices for outbound calling and customer engagement. Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to effectively communicate with customers. Requirements Previous experience in a call center or outbound sales environment is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in data entry and computer systems is required. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
