- The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and providing excellent customer service. Primary Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a smile in your voice and treat them with respect
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments while collecting all pertinent information from patient and enter into computer
- Add chart notes to patient records for all requests and communications
- Route inbound calls to appropriate departments
- Call and reschedule patients that no-show and fill open slots
- Document patient requests and send to appropriate team members
- Complete call reports as necessary
- Potential cross training for check-in and check-out at front desk
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments as needed
