Your schedule will be determined during the hiring process, but a possible schedule is:
Friday:
12pm•7pm
Saturday:
12pm•7pm
Sunday:
11am•6pm
Monday:
11am•7pm Home Nation is looking for a self motivated individual with a desire to work hard and achieve success. You must be able to build rapport with customers within the first 60 seconds on the phone. You must be able to actively listen to the customer’s needs, show genuine interest in the customer, ask qualifying questions, and at the same time type all related information into our lead management software before transferring the call to the right department.

What You Will Do:
Answer incoming calls. Collect detailed information from customers to qualify them based on their needs, their budget, and decision-making process. Enter customer information into our online customer management software in live time and then transfer the call to Sales. Return missed calls. Follow up with customers to gather additional qualifying information.
