The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts seeks a Full-Time Call Center Representative to join our Visitor Complex team at the Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, Florida. At the Visitor Complex, operated by Delaware North, we help NASA tell the story behind our country’s space program. The ideal Call Center Representative will share this same passion for wanting to ensure our guests have the best experience at the Kennedy Space Center.

What will you do?
Handle booking enquiries and sales for individual and group tickets, including our vacation packages, over the phone, email and in-person.
Learn to sell the attractions and products on offer at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.
Respond to a high number of phone calls to assist our guests with any requests or queries they may have.
Work with other departments to schedule special programs and events when required.
Produce frequent reports on the call center KPI, revenue and sales data to the appropriate managers.
Participate in the personal and team sales targets and goals.
More about you
Previous experience in a call center preferred.
Strong ability to multi-task.
Effective communication skills required when communicating with co-workers or guests via email, on the phone or in-person.
High School Diploma required. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
Physical requirements
Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods of time.
