In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong ability to engage with customers while promoting our products. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized service. Sell products by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable recommendations. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience. Upsell additional products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer integrity. Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and organized effectively. Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts. Maintain a clean and inviting store environment that reflects company standards. Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to help improve product offerings. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. Familiarity with basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately is essential. Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems is a plus.
