Position Type:

Hours:

M-F 8am-4pm; 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Duties/Responsibilities:

Register customers by phone and in person for court-ordered, DHSMV-referred, or voluntary safety classes, including processing fees for each registration Perform general clerical and data entry duties Process enrollment forms Assist with the daily filing of all client data Verify class attendance and provide the client with a certificate of completion Complete daily cash report at the end of every shift

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required Previous customer service and computer data entry is required Experience with Microsoft products a plus

Physical Requirements:
